Salmon Miso Soup

Prepare materials. Slice the salmon, soak the sea seaweed for 2-3 minutes in advance, wash and drain.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and put it in a soup pot, add 600ml of water to boil.

Turn the water to a low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn to a high heat and add the salmon fillets and boil for 5 minutes.

Add the miso and stir well.

Add the sea marinade that has been soaked in advance and bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and the delicious salmon miso soup is ready.
Tips:
I have done it several times, and I feel that the fresh salmon is delicious. If it is made with thawed salmon, the taste is a bit bad. You can also make kelp, but it needs to be soaked for a period of time in advance, and the kelp can be used as an ingredient after shredded and boiled in boiling water.
