Colorful Snail Meat

Thaw the snail meat, rinse, squeeze the water, and marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces.

Cut red and yellow peppers into small pieces.

Scallions, chopped green onions, ginger slices.

Heat the oil pan, add the ginger slices, white onion and sauté.

Add cucumber, red and yellow pepper and fry for a while.

Add the snail meat and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add oyster sauce and sugar and continue to fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

Tips:
1. The snail meat should be fried quickly, not for too long, otherwise it won't be crispy.
