Cordyceps and Hualien Seed Chicken Soup

Fresh black-footed chicken, chopped into small pieces.

Soak in cooking wine for 30 minutes, changing the water 2 to 3 times in between.

Prepare dried cordyceps flowers, lotus seeds and wolfberry.

Soak the lotus seeds in clean water for later use.

Pour edible oil into the wok, add the ginger slices to explode the fragrance, and wash the drained chicken nuggets.

Stir continuously until the chicken skin shrinks.

Pour the cooking wine along the side of the pot to further remove the fishy.

Add enough hot water and bring to a boil.

Pour all the soup and water into the electric saucepan.

Add hot water to the periphery of the electric stew pot, put it into the inner pot, pour the soaked lotus seeds into the soup, start the stewing program, and the time is 2 hours.

During the stewing, clean the cordyceps flower and wolfberry.

After simmering for 1 hour, open the lid, add cordyceps flower and wolfberry.

After the stew is over, add salt to taste and stir well. The deliciousness is ready.
Tips:
1: The chicken in the soup must be fresh. Chilled or frozen meat is only suitable for braised and dry stir-fried.
2: The broth of Cordyceps flower should not be too long to avoid the loss of fragrance and the destruction of nutrients. Generally, the cooking time should not exceed 60 minutes.
