Coriander Mixed Veggie Lamb Shreds

Soak an appropriate amount of sheep tripe shreds in warm water for about 10 minutes.

Cut the coriander and millet pepper into three finger segments.

Soak the good lamb shredded in cold water.
4.
Put the coriander and millet peppers in a bowl.
5.
Appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, mix well and serve.
