Crab and Mushroom Egg Soup

All the ingredients are ready, the oyster mushrooms are torn into filaments by hand, and the green onion and coriander are soaked in light salt water for 15-20 minutes, then cleaned and plated for use.

Tips:
1: Vegetables can be made into soups of different vegetables according to your preferences.
2: You can leave it if you don't like coriander.
3: A few drops of sesame oil will taste better before drinking.
