Crab Practice
1.
Brush the crabs clean, the tied rope does not need to be untied
2.
Put a proper amount of hot water in the steamer, boil over high heat, introduce a packet of perilla, put the crab belly up into the steamer, cover the pot and steam for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat and leave it stuffy for about 5 minutes.
3.
Take the steamed crabs out, untie the rope and put on a plate, dip them in crab vinegar when eating
4.
Pour the crab vinegar into a bowl and set aside (add onions and garlic according to personal taste). After eating, you can drink ginger tea to warm the stomach
Tips:
When the crabs are first steamed in the pot, the belly of the crabs should be facing up, so that the crab roe will be caught by the crab cover and will not overflow.
