Cranberry Rye Bread

Prepare bread ingredients and fillings for later use

Chop dried cranberries, pour water and yeast powder into the bread machine

Add rye bread mix, knead into a uniform dough, add butter

Knead for about 15 minutes, pour in dried cranberries, knead evenly, round up for basic fermentation

After the basic fermentation is complete, divide into four even parts, and relax for 15 minutes after rounding. The loosened dough is shaped and rounded
