Crispy Black Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, wash the coriander and set aside;

Cut coriander into small pieces, chop peanuts, and cut homemade black tofu into small cubes;

Bring water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt;

Add tofu blanched water to remove beany;
5.
Remove the tofu and let it cool for later use;

Put the tofu on the plate and sprinkle with coriander;

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to a small bowl;

Then pour in June's fresh special soy sauce;

Add rose vinegar;

Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil;

Add the bean paste and mix well with a spoon;

Pour the prepared sauce on the tofu, sprinkle with drunkard peanuts and white sesame seeds.
Tips:
Note:
1. Tofu blanching can remove the beany, and adding salt can make it more delicious;
2. Mix well before eating.
