Crispy Fish Fillets

Choose the part of the fish belly to make the fish fillet, wash and cut into thin slices, add salt, a little soy sauce, starch, pepper, ginger, catch and marinate for a while

Tips:
1. The fish fillets have been marinated with salt. Adding soy sauce, pickled peppers, and hot fried fresh dew are all a bit salty, so there is no need to add salt when frying.
