Crispy Fried Fish Steak

Prepare the Antarctic ice fish, defrost it at room temperature, wash it, and drain the water; (this fish has its head, bones, and internal organs removed and is very clean).

Add oil, salt, light soy sauce, ginger powder, and massage the fish until it is completely absorbed.

Beat in the eggs and add the frying powder without adding water.

Stir until the fish pieces are covered with paste.

Wrap the fish cubes in the paste, put them on top of the breadcrumbs, press lightly to coat the fish cubes with the breadcrumbs.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, the temperature of the oil is about 180 degrees, and add the fish cubes.

Then continue to put the fish cubes, fry the fish cubes until slightly yellow and turn over, change to medium heat and continue to fry until golden brown, lift the pan, and use absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
Tips:
1. The fish pieces can be thawed at room temperature, do not use heat to thaw, which will damage the nutrition of the fish and affect the taste.
2. When the bread crumbs are wrapped, press gently so that the bread crumbs will not fall off.
