Crispy Shrimp Skin

200 grams of unsalted shrimp skin

Shred ginger, chop green onion and set aside.

Add oil to the pan and heat it over medium heat, add green onions (half of the green onions) and ginger to sauté the scent, add the shrimp skins, stir fry for two minutes and then change to low heat.

When the shrimp skin darkens, add chopped green onions, sugar, and chicken essence to the pan. Continue to stir-fry until crispy and golden brown. Turn off the heat.

The crispy shrimp skin is ready and ready to be served on a plate.
Tips:
Shrimp skins must choose unsalted shrimp skins (light shrimp skins), add enough oil, and stir-fry on low heat. Don't rush the heat, otherwise it will become black.
