Crispy Taro Willow

Steam the taro in advance and set aside glutinous rice flour.

Peel the taro and pound it into a puree.

Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour, not too much, just knead it into a dough.

Wake up to fifteen minutes.

Bread crumbs and eggs are set aside.

Knead the small taro willows into the plate one by one.

Dip in egg wash, wrap in breadcrumbs and set aside.
