Cube Peach Crisp

1. Soften the butter, add fine sugar, and beat with a whisk until the volume is bulky and the color becomes lighter

2. Add three egg yolks one by one, and beat them evenly, the butter after whipping becomes thick and puffy

3. Sift the ordinary powder and add it to the whipped butter, and mix well. Add raisins and knead into a uniform dough

4. Put the dough on the chopping board and squeeze it, roll it into a sheet of about 1cm thick, and cut it into small rectangles of about 4cmx3cm. Brush the surface with liquid egg yolk

5. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, up and down, 13 minutes
