Cumin Hand Grab Lamb Rice

Wash the prairie lamb and cut into pieces for later use

Wash the rice, soak for five minutes, then pour it into the rice cooker

Slice the onion into thin strips

Cut carrots into thin strips for later use

When the oil is hot in the pan, add the prairie lamb and stir fry, then add an appropriate amount of cumin

After the prairie lamb turns gray, add the onion, stir fry, and pour a spoonful of soy sauce

Add carrots and stir-fry evenly, then pour all into the rice cooker

Add salt, add appropriate amount of water (submerging ingredients), close the lid and press to the cooking stall

Cook out in about 20 minutes, then sprinkle some chopped green onion.

1. I chose Sechinar Prairie Lamb, pure prairie lamb, you can buy it on Sechinar Farming and Animal Husbandry.
2. Lamb and onions are perfect companions, onions can remove the mutton smell very well.
