Curry Shrimp

I bought the headless Argentine red prawns first to thaw

After the shrimp is thawed, cut open the back and use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread. This will add more flavor to the shrimp

After cutting, wash and dry the shrimps.

Pour the hot oil into the mutton shallots and minced garlic, stir fragrantly, add the shrimps, stir fry over high heat, change the color, fry the shrimp oil, add the curry cubes and boil (everyone has different tastes, if you feel the taste is weak, you can add more curry cubes), add coconut Juice (forgot to buy coconut milk, so I used coconut milk instead) simmer for 6~8 minutes on low heat to make the shrimp more flavorful

Squeeze half of the lemon juice into the shrimp (you can also cut two slices to make it look better) and put it on the plate. If there is mint, add a mint leaf to decorate! ðŸ¤Forgot to put the plate😄
