Curry Shrimp
1.
First, remove the shrimp thread. This is a work that requires patience. However, in order to let the curry taste deep into the shrimp meat, this step is best not to be omitted. The picture shows that I have already processed the shrimp that is ready to be cooked. With live shrimp, the meat of dead shrimp will lose its elasticity and deliciousness! Curry cubes are sold in general supermarkets. Only two small pieces are enough to make curry prawns (half a catty of prawns)!
2.
Put oil in the pot and heat until 80% hot, add the processed shrimp and quickly stir-fry until the shrimp turns red, add a little cooking wine
3.
Add the curry cubes, turn down the heat and let the curry cubes melt slowly
4.
After the curry cubes are completely melted, turn to medium heat and stir fry so that each shrimp is coated with curry paste (you can add a little water to make the curry melt easier) and stir-fry for half a minute and it will be out of the pan! The shrimp meat will grow old after being fried for a long time!
5.
The delicious curry shrimp is on the table!
