Daylily and Green Vegetable Soup

Ingredients: small hoof 髈 (washed and blanched), green vegetables (washed), day lily (soaked)

Wash the soaked day lily and remove it for later use.

Put the blanched hooves into the pressure cooker.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the washed greens and day lily to a boil, cook until the greens are broken.
