Deep-fried Jackfruit

Cut the jackfruit pulp in half, prepare the whole egg, cornstarch and a little flour.

Beat the eggs well, add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

Mix the egg liquid and starch flour to a smooth batter without dry powder bumps.
