Delicious Mussels and Prawn Pasta (maccaroni)-mussels with Beer

Wash the mussels. If the mouth is still open after washing, it is dead and must be thrown away. Throw away damaged ones.

Pasta with mussels: Maccaroni cooked according to package instructions. Then add cold water, drain and set aside. Reserve a little bit of water for boiled noodles for later use.

Take about 25-30 mussels to make noodles, and cook the rest. Finely chop onion and garlic, finely chop celery, and divide tomato into quarters.

Reduce the oil in the pot and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.

Then add the mussels and prawns and stir fry until the mussels are all open. Anything without a mouth is dead and must be thrown away. The shrimp turns red. Then add the white wine and stir-fry until the wine flavor is released.

Chop fresh basil leaves and coriander, and remove the branches of rosemary.

Add a little bit of water that boiled the noodles and add tomatoes. The low-fire tomatoes become soft and fry until the juice turns red.

Pour the cooked noodles into the pot and sprinkle with the fresh spices cut in step 6. Finally, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, chopped chili, chives and a small amount of dried parsley leaves.

Beer Mussels: Cut carrots and celery into pieces, and cut onions in half. Reduce the oil in the pan. Sauté the onions and green onions until fragrant, then add the carrots and celery, and sauté until soft.

Pour the mussels into the pot and stir fry. When the shell is almost open, pour the dark beer.

When the wine evaporates slightly, add the vegetable broth. Less than 80% of mussels. Then pour in the dry seasoning.

After the soup is boiled, add the cream. More or less according to your taste. Finally, cover the lid and simmer for a few minutes until all the sea rainbow shells are opened. Throw away the ones that remain unopened. This is dead. Not to eat. Finally, add salt, freshly ground black pepper and taste, and you can get it out of the pot.
Tips:
I chose Maccaroni because I felt that this shape would be more suitable. It's the same with other pasta.
When serving the plate, if too many shells are inconvenient, just clip the mussels out.
I don’t sell tiger-back prawns fresh. I use frozen ones. It’s best to use fresh ones, which are fresher.
