This was originally a dish that my mother used to make for my son when he was young. Now that my mother is older, I learnt to make it. It's not bad!

Delicious Tonkatsu

1. Defrosting the outside of the pig

3. Loosen both sides with the back of the knife

4. Add the cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, black pepper powder, and black pepper sauce for 30 minutes.

5. Prepare egg liquid, flour and starch

6. Right amount of bread crumbs

7. One sticky flour starch, two sticky egg liquid, three sticky bread crumbs.

8. Heat the oil to fry

9. Cut it out into strips for easy eating!

Tips:

It is full of flavor with black pepper sauce. Breadcrumbs buy Kangfu's best!
