Desperate Ecstasy Foie Gras Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients

In a hot pan, without adding a drop of oil, fry two slices of foie gras on medium and low heat until golden on both sides. Don't fry them! Take out and cut into pellets and set aside for later use

Fry three eggs with foie gras oil, take them out and set aside
