Stir-fried sprout beans has always been a childhood memory. It turned out that my mother fried sprout beans with carrots and diced meat. Now I still do it.

Ingredients

Diced Sprout Beans

1. Wash sprouts and set aside

2. Prepare diced green onion, pork and carrot

3. Sprout beans boil in a pot under water, blanch for 2 minutes

4. Add the carrots and blanch for 30 seconds

5. Blanch and fish out together for spare

6. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, heat the diced meat and fry until the color changes

7. Pour in the flavour and stir well

8. Pour in the blanched sprout beans and carrots, stir-fry evenly until they are broken

9. Sprinkle salt and stir well

10. Out of the pot
