Douban Fish Fillet

Put 300g oil in the pot and heat to 180℃

Put the fish fillets on the paddle into the pot and oil 50" until the fish is white

Fish fillets out and set aside

Bring the water to a boil, put in the (fresh) Douban and pass the water about 60", remove the cold water and drain, set aside

Put 10g of oil in the pot, add scallion and ginger paste, and sauté

Add watercress, stir-fry 120", add seasoning (salt, sugar, chicken essence, water)

Add fish fillets and red pepper, stir fry for 30″

Add water starch, stir fry 5″
9.
Before serving, pour a little oil

Tips:
Fish fillets should be light and slippery when they are over-oiled, otherwise they will break easily
