Double Pepper Small Yellow Croaker

Marinate the small yellow croaker with rice wine, light soy sauce, and white pepper for 10 minutes, pat dry with kitchen paper, and stick starch evenly. Chop the green pepper and millet pepper, prepare garlic and ginger.
