Double Raspberry Lactic Acid Ice (alias Double Raspberry Companion)

The ice cubes are broken into crushed ice slag with a machine, and a spoon and a half of crushed ice are added to the cup with a 10 cm diameter spoon.

Add a five-centimeter-diameter spoon and a spoon and a half of thin yogurt. (Original thick yogurt and water are mixed in a ratio of two to one. For the production method of original thick yogurt, please see my recipe.

One spoonful of strawberry juice in a five-centimeter-diameter spoon. (Fruit juice and fruit jam can be purchased online, you can make your own without too much trouble)

A spoonful of blueberry juice.

15ml full-fat pure milk (10ml evaporated milk can be used instead), with a small spoon.
Tips:
1. Add crushed ice to the cup and season with fruity juice as soon as possible, otherwise the crushed ice will stick together again. After adding the juice, the ice will not stick together easily.
2. After adding the crushed ice, do not press it, just add the crushed ice in a natural fluffy state. Press the ice pieces to stick together into a piece. The juice will not easily blend into the cracks of the ice.
3. Add diluted yogurt, the sweetness of milk is not enough, just use strawberry juice to add sweetness, blueberry juice to add sourness, and full-fat pure milk to add milk flavor, which forms an ice drink with a fruity yogurt flavor.
4. The seasoning poured on the ice is suitable for juice, not suitable for jam. The jam is not easy to melt into the ice. The jam is used before crushed ice and the ice cubes are mixed together, and other flavors are added. This is another product. Those who are interested can ask me.
5. This is a ready-to-eat product. It is at room temperature and easy to be stored for a long time. There is no way to store this product in the refrigerator for a long time. If it is stored in the refrigerator for a long time, it will change.
