Pineapple Mint Jam Drink

Prepare materials.
Peel the pineapple, cut into small pieces, add a small amount of cool boiled water to a small part of it, and squeeze it into pineapple juice for later use.

Toss the remaining pineapple chunks with 1/3 of the remaining pineapple sugar and marinate for 30 minutes.

Increase or decrease the amount of mint leaves according to your preference.
