Drink Fish Soup | Watercress and Dried Crucian Carp Soup
1.
Soak the watercress for 2 hours and then squeeze the dried water into a soup bag. Soak the soybeans for 3 hours and wash them off. Wash the dried carrots and figs.
2.
Put the crucian carp in a frying pan and fry it until it turns yellow on both sides.
3.
Put all the ingredients in the pot, add 2 liters of water, first bring the soup to a boil on high heat, then turn to the minimum heat and cook for 2 hours. Add appropriate amount of salt before starting the pot. If you want to eat the fish tenderer, put the fish in the last half an hour, and pour the previously boiled soup into the oil pot and cook with the fish for about half an hour. Put a proper amount of salt.
Tips:
The whole family can drink it, and pregnant women should drink it with caution. The dried watercress has a woody texture and can be thrown away after cooking.
