Drunk Black Date

Wash the purchased black dates and wash them several times until the water is clear (this is a black date smoked from red dates, which is short and sweet, so it is good to eat directly)

Dry the washed black dates, steam them on a drawer, and let the steamed black dates cool naturally

Put the cooled black dates in a clean, water-free and oil-free tank, and sprinkle a layer of rock sugar on a layer of black dates
4.
Don’t press the black dates too hard and full, just loose them, about 2/3 of the height of the jar.

Pour yellow wine into the jar, and then put a little rock sugar on top
6.
Cover and seal, generally eaten as soon as a week later, the longer the time, the better the taste
