Check if the crabs are alive, dead crabs cannot be used

Unwrap the rope and wash the crabs
3.
Put the drained crabs into a deep pot, add various spices and green onions and ginger

Add light soy sauce, white wine and Huadiao, cover the pot, put it in the refrigerator and soak for at least three days before eating
Tips:
Crabs must be live crabs, dead crabs will have a lot of bacteria
