[Dry roasted fish cubes] I saw this fish in the fresh food section of Simple Eat Fish Supermarket, so I didn’t hesitate to buy one.
Our name is Qiaobai, also called Qiaozuibaiyu. We bought one in the mountains the year before. The meat is tender and delicious, and we won't forget it once we eat it. This kind of fish is not common and can only be encountered once in a while. Must eat.
Burn it directly, using the simplest method, with scallions, ginger, garlic and a little watercress. The two children eat by themselves and spit it out, and it will soon be gone! "

Dry Roasted Fish Nuggets

1. A white piece, about 700 grams.

2. The fish is slaughtered, cut into pieces, and salted with scallion, ginger, cooking wine and pepper.

3. Prepare the small ingredients, change the scallion, ginger and garlic to a knife, a spoonful of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar, salt, and a spoonful of bean paste.

4. Take a dry plate, pour the starch, and pat the marinated fish piece by piece with the dry powder.

5. Heat the oil in the pan, pour out the excess oil, and fry the fish until fragrant.

6. Turn it over and fry again.

7. Take the fried fish pieces out of the pan, pour the oil, add the green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

8. Put the fried fish cubes on, pour in the sauce, sugar, and bean paste. Bring to a boil and turn to a low heat to burn through.

9. Just out of the pot.

Tips:

No matter what kind of pan frying fish, if you want the fish skin not to break, there must be a coup. First, pour the oil into the pan, heat the pan, pour out the oil, and then put the oil, so that the fish skin will usually not break.

Don't rush to turn the fish cubes after they are in the pot, and then move them after setting the shape. The fish cubes will not easily fall apart.

Different pots and utensils require different water for cooking fish. Add water or broth according to the situation. I only used water-based seasonings.

Simmer the fish pieces slowly over a low fire, try not to turn them, to keep the fish pieces intact.
