Duck Blood Tofu Soup
1.
Prepare fresh duck blood (usually when I go to the market to buy live ducks, I will ask the store to keep the duck blood)
2.
Place a pan on the fire, add cold water to a boil, pour in the duck blood and cook. While cooking, use a spatula to shovel it into small pieces to let it cook through (it just happened that the camera was out of power and no photos were taken)
3.
Then cut the tofu into small pieces and fry them into a small fire pan until golden on both sides.
4.
The boiled duck blood is floated in water, and the fried tofu is set aside. Leave a little oil on the bottom of the pot.
5.
Turn on the fire, then add the cut ginger slices to explode the aroma, heat water to boil, then add the fried tofu and cook.
6.
After boiling again, add duck blood and cook, add some cabbage leaves to the pot temporarily, until all the ingredients in the pot are all cooked, add salt to season the pot.
