The recipe is super simple, delicious and not bothersome. Duck tongue with Wenzhou sauce. The taste is not worse than the packaging bags on the market. It almost tastes the same.

1. * Defrost duck tongue.

2. * Add brine, star anise, thirteen spices, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, ginger and garlic.

3. * Cook the duck tongue first. (If you like spicy food, add chili and cook it together.)

4. * Wash the cooked duck tongue with water, pour oil in a hot pan and add sugar, pour the duck tongue and stir fry for a few minutes, then add salt, chicken essence, and wine. Continue to stir fry.

5. * Add a half bowl of soy sauce. Continue to stir fry with sesame oil, cover and simmer for 3/4 minutes.
