Duck Tongue with Wenzhou Sauce

* Defrost duck tongue.

* Add brine, star anise, thirteen spices, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, ginger and garlic.

* Cook the duck tongue first. (If you like spicy food, add chili and cook it together.)

* Wash the cooked duck tongue with water, pour oil in a hot pan and add sugar, pour the duck tongue and stir fry for a few minutes, then add salt, chicken essence, and wine. Continue to stir fry.

* Add a half bowl of soy sauce. Continue to stir fry with sesame oil, cover and simmer for 3/4 minutes.

* The last step: Pour in the cola, cover the duck tongue, turn the heat to high, cover and cook until the juice is collected.
