Egg Yolk Soluble Beans
1.
Add white sugar to the egg yolk and beat (I just don’t have white sugar in my house, I use powdered sugar here)
2.
Whip until thick and whitish
3.
Add milk powder
4.
Stir well
5.
Put it in the piping bag and squeeze it on the baking tray. Note: Don’t fry the mouth of the piping bag too much, just the size of a toothpick
6.
Preheat the oven at 1000 for 10 minutes, put it in the baking tray at 100 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
7.
The baked egg yolk melted beans may not stick to the baking paper. If there is stickiness, it means that they are not cooked. Continue to cook slowly.
8.
The baked egg yolk melts into the mouth and the beans melt in your mouth. Be careful to install them as soon as possible and keep them sealed
