Acanthopanax senticosus, aliases: Ciguaibang, Kanguaibangzi, Hundred Needle, Tiger Li, Acanthopanax ginseng, Russian ginseng, Siberian ginseng, deciduous shrubs, mainly distributed in Northeast Asia, Siberia. Its roots and rhizomes can be used as medicine. The sprouts picked in spring are edible and are high-quality wild vegetables

Eleutherococcus Senticosus

1. Soak and clean the young leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus, mince garlic
