Materials needed:-
Green onion chili paste refers to Tianjiao ginger curry powder, shallots, garlic, miasam, and potatoes with caviar.

Wash all the ingredients and cut them for later use.

Heat a pan, add a proper amount of oil, and fry the green onions softly and serve.
4.
Fry the potatoes for 9 minutes and serve.
5.
Fry the fish roe and serve.
6.
Put the green onions, potatoes, and roe aside and set aside.

Add more oil to the pot, sauté the shallots, garlic and ginger.
8.
Add Zhitian pepper and dried chili and stir fry to taste.

Add assam paste and stir-fry. (There are seeds in the assam cream, don’t remove them)

Add curry powder and chili paste.

Fry until red oil.

Pour the potatoes into the stir-fry.
13.
Pour an appropriate amount of water to cover the potatoes.

Simmer and cook until the potatoes are soft.
15.
Add the green onions and stir fry for a while.
16.
Keep stirring.

Boil for a little bit of juice. (You can leave some juice if you want bibimbap)

Add the caviar and stir fry for a while.

Finally, seasoning is fine.
