Fate-like Braised Large Intestine

I bought 2 packs of frozen large intestine for 36 yuan, a total of 400 grams.

Prepare the lo-mei seasoning.

Slice yellow ginger, cut green onion into sections, and cut white garlic into cloves.

Large intestines that are thawing.
First wash it several times with clean water to wash away the floating fat. Then add 1 tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of starch, knead repeatedly for 1 minute, and rinse with water.
It's starting to smell hahaha.

While rinsing, turn out all the large intestines and tear off the excess oil. Occasionally, there are several spots of brown-green digestives. Hey~ The frozen raw-cut large intestine that was vacuum-packed can't be completely trusted. There are always intestines that have not been processed.
Originally, I was going to thawed and rinsed a few times and opened the halogen directly, but fortunately, the cleanliness has just passed the lazy cancer.
Continue to work hard, pour another 3 tablespoons of white vinegar and continue to wash for a few minutes, deodorize with water, drain and set aside.

In a pot of cold water, put in the large intestine that has been used for numerous times of liposuction, a few pieces of ginger, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Tips:
Even the vacuum-packed frozen raw-cut large intestine has to be scrubbed repeatedly back and forth!
