Fish Belly Tofu in Clay Pot

Big head fish belly

Put two slices of ginger in a frying pan, start frying the fish belly in a cold pan with light yellow on both sides.

Scrape off the green layer of the watermelon rind and spread it on the bottom of the casserole

Put the fish belly in, and put oily tofu and carrots cut in half around

Mix salt, sugar, light soy sauce and a little water into the casserole,

Bring to a medium heat, simmer for 15 minutes on low heat
