Fish Bone Soup

A black fish, kill it and wash it well.

Use the knife to skim down the spine of the fish.

Cut off the fish like this, leaving the fish bones.

Cut fish bones into pieces.

Finely chop ginger garlic and dried chili.

Add oil to the pan to heat up, and fry the fish bones until the color on both sides changes.

Push the fish to the side with a spatula, add ginger garlic and dried chili and stir fry for a nice flavor.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine to get rid of fishy.
9.
Add a few drops of vinegar, add green onion knots and some boiling water to a boil. Turn to medium heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add pepper to taste.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and chicken essence before serving.
