Fish in Hot and Sour Soup

Prepare the ingredients (the sour soup fish seasoning on my picture is especially recommended)

Wash the fish and cut into pieces, then marinate (add salt, cooking wine, starch, grab it) for about 20 minutes

Cut the tomato head into a small cross and boil it in boiling water for 2 minutes, then peel it and cut into pieces for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Add tomatoes and sauté until fragrant
6.
Add the sour soup fish seasoning and stir fry for a few minutes.
7.
Add the right amount of boiling water, add the fish fillets after boiling, and cook for about 8 minutes. Then add the cut tofu and cook for two minutes.
Tips:
Don’t cook the fish for too long~ Be sure to use boiling water
