Fish Stew with Yuba and Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients: fresh shiitake mushrooms, yuba, silver carp, green onion, ginger, oil, salt, coriander, cooking wine, chicken essence, dried red pepper, pepper, peppercorns, wolfberry starch
