Flax Walnut Sesame Cake

Ingredients: 90 grams of cooked flour, 15 grams of linseed paste, 20 grams of walnut paste, 35 grams of black sesame paste, 70 grams of powdered sugar, a little linseed oil

Pour the sauces from the three kinds of oils into a bowl and mix well. Add cooked flour and mix well. The icing sugar is a little lumpy, sieve and mix well.

Divide into about 25 grams/piece, put into moon cake mold, press on the table, and demould.
Tips:
The powdered sugar is a little lumpy, so it is easier to mix evenly after sifting.
If the dough is dry and hard, you can add an appropriate amount of oil to adjust.
The dough should not be too soft, otherwise it will not be easy to shape.
