The first bite of breakfast usually starts with a drink; a cup of flaxseed soy milk with some steamed buns and noodles can become a nutritious breakfast; flaxseed has the effects of lowering blood pressure, lowering blood lipids, and preventing diabetes. Flaxseeds are cooked and mashed into a syrup for use as a drink. You can add some rock sugar to taste, if you can eat sugar-free ones, it’s even better

Ingredients

Flaxseed Soy Milk

1. All materials (soya beans are soaked)

2. The linseed is soaked with water until mucus oozes

3. Put the water, flaxseed, and soaked soybeans in the pot

4. Cook for about 40 minutes

5. Add carrots and cook for 15 minutes, turn off the heat

6. Air the cooked ingredients to room temperature

7. Take a cooking cup and put the cooked ingredients

8. Beat flax seeds and other materials into pulp

9. Pour out and drink
