[flying Birds and Beasts]-------fried Pork Ear Root with Hot Pepper

Slice the roots of the braised pork ears for later use.

Cut sharp pepper into circles, cut green onion into oblique sections, shred ginger, mince garlic and set aside.

Heat the pot with a little oil, pour in shredded ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Tips:
Salt is added when sautéing hot peppers, one is because pig ears have a salty taste; the other is sautéing hot peppers is to add salt to reduce the spicy taste of hot peppers.
