Fragrant Grain Beef Coating

Cut the flower head of the cow coat with a cross knife.

Use shredded ginger and fragrant grains together.

When the pot is hot, stir-fry the heads of the saplings and dry them, and the water will rise.

Wash the pot and heat, add oil, ginger, green onion, glutinous rice, pepper, shacha sauce and saute until fragrant.

Continue to stir fry under the coating.

When the coating is done, add a little light soy sauce, some salt, chicken powder, and a little pepper to taste. Stir-fry and serve.
