My mother at home bought a salty bread. The super-large one was left uneaten. I thought of it as a steamed bun and fried it as a dish. So it was good to eat it, so I started to "hustle" (My mother always said I am whole). In addition, this is the first time I posted a recipe. The first time I posted a recipe, I made it with leftover bread and served myself haha. This is absolutely lazy rice, and my mother said that when the days were difficult, there were few white noodles and steamed buns, and they were often dried and fried and eaten. This can be regarded as an aftertaste~ the fried one is no different from the steamed buns, it is softer than the fried steamed buns, and it smells fragrant~"

Ingredients

Fried Cumin Bun

1. A large piece of salted bread 😂

2. Cut the bread into small cubes and prepare the right amount of seasoning

3. Finely chop the onion, and grasp the seasoning yourself. Mom doesn’t eat spicy food. If you eat spicy food, add chili powder for a better color.

4. Add a small amount of water and two tablespoons of oil to stir the seasonings evenly. Don't add too much water or it won't be crispy.

5. Put the bread cubes in a non-stick pan without adding oil and bake a little bit

6. Add a little oil to the wok, put in the bread cubes taken out of the non-stick pan, and stir fry a few times on high heat

7. Pour the seasoning in two times, pour it in and stir-fry on high heat. When the juice is dry, turn to low heat and stir-fry until the water is dry and it can be out of the pot~

Tips:

Because my mother likes to eat softer ones, I added water and fry them. The skin is not so dry. If you like the crispy ones, don’t add too much water, otherwise they will take a long time to dry.
If you like spicy food, you can put chili noodles.
