Fried Drunk Snails

Wash and cut onion and red pepper, mince garlic cloves, and mince coriander.

Wash the drunk snails and blanch them in water, then remove and drain the water.

Put the chopped garlic and onion in a frying pan and stir fry a few times.

Add the bean paste and stir fry to get the red oil.

Add the drunken snails and stir fry for a while.

Add red pepper and stir-fry until broken, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken, pepper, and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Sprinkle with coriander on a plate and serve.
