Fried Duck Leg

Put two duck legs in a pot, add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, red pepper, ginger slices, boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve the cooked duck legs and let cool.

Cut the celery and garlic sprouts into sections separately.

Slice the ginger and cut the pepper into circles.

Tips:
1. Duck legs need to be cooked in the pot in advance. Add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and red pepper to increase fragrance and remove fishy.
