Fried Duck with Beer

Tear the cooked duck meat into small pieces according to your preference, cut the fresh red pepper and chilli into sections for later use

Put a little oil in the pot, add chili and a little salt when the oil is hot, stir fry, stir fry and add duck meat

The duck skin is thick and oily. If you don’t like to be oily, you can stir fry for a while, stir-fry the excess oil, and pour some beer into it.

Pour the beer and continue to stir-fry until the beer is dry, put a little salt and take it out of the pot
