Fried Elm Money

Chop green garlic and green onions for later use.

Keep the steamed elm money cold. You can't finish the steamed elm money on the day. The original flavor can be stored in a fresh-keeping bag in the refrigerator.

Heat the pan with cold oil.
4.
Saute the shallots and chopped green garlic.
5.
Add the steamed elm money and stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry them all.
6.
Season with a little salt, and it's out of the pan.
