Fried Lamb with Onions

Roast lamb is deboned to take the meat, and large pieces of meat are changed into small pieces.

Onion, green and red peppers are changed to knife, ginger shreds, garlic slices.
3.
Add onions in a hot pan with cold oil and fry them transparently.
4.
Add ginger and garlic and stir fry for a fragrance.
5.
Add green and red peppers, add a pinch of salt and light soy sauce.
6.
Add the roast lamb and stir-fry evenly and then out of the pan.
7.
Plate.
